Meeting with Boots HomeCare

The lion mothers were invited to a meeting with representatives Kathrine Lauvrak and Kristian Selnes from Boots HomeCare to hear more about their offer and potential collaboration.

It was chairman Bettina Lindgren and deputy chairman Elin Gunnarsson who participated in the meeting which took place at Teams.

In the meeting, the Løvemammaene got a presentation of what Boots HomeCare is, what they can offer and we talked about how we can potentially collaborate in the future to reach out to more people and in ways that can benefit both parties. We also talked about the Løvemammaen and shared experiences that we believe are useful for them to take with them in their work.

Boots HomeCare is a department in Boots Pharmacy with special expertise in medical consumables. Boots HomeCare are specialists in products in areas such as stoma, incontinence, catheters, medical nutrition and wound care. They offer personal follow-up and delivery to your door, and have a own online order adapted to those with goods on blue prescription. By create a user on the website you get access to a digital ordering solution. Then you get your personal order list, which makes it very easy to order the goods you use. And with fixed delivery, you can set up a fixed order that is delivered to your own address after an agreed interval. 

They also have nurses who can follow up on the phone with advice, product information and guidance. In addition, they have district nurses who can follow up personally and offer home visits.
